• It is designed to provide members of the public with access to Calderdale Metropolitan Borough map-based data. The service is provided for information purposes only.
• Every effort has been made to make sure the information is accurate and up-to-date. We are not liable in respect of any direct or consequential loss, damage or injury. Whether that be financial, contractual or otherwise and caused as a result or allegedly as a result of reliance on the information.
• It is important to note that property boundaries shown on the mapping and data in Calderdale Maps Online do not relate to land ownership. For land ownership queries, visit: Land Registry.
• You are granted a non-exclusive, royalty free, revocable license solely to view the Licensed Data for non-commercial purposes. this is for the period during which Calderdale MBC makes it available.
• You are not permitted to copy, sub-license, distribute, sell or otherwise make available the Licensed Data to third parties in any form.
