Report a missed waste collection
Let us know if your household waste or recycling was not collected on the scheduled collection date.
Points to remember:
- You cannot report a missed collection more than 48 hours after the scheduled collection date.
- You must allow crews until 5pm on the day of collection before you submit a report.
- Your containers must have been outside your property at 6am.
- If access was blocked, the crew will return and retry the next day.
